📦 Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at lottoi.campbell@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

💵 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at lottoi.campbell@icloud.com.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened plush toys or stuffed animals that have been used
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final-sale items
